Im looking to take another step into 40k with a cross over into a more competitive scene within the game with things like large tourneys and GT's. My question is what sort of blogs or podcasts should i be listening/reading? Things that can help me keep up with the meta game without going through every bit or forum since i do not have as much time to do that. If someone could provide some links or information it would be greatly appreciated.

I know a few posters here on Dakka are GT goers:
Recius, Blackmoore, DashofPepper, Hulksmash ... many more out of my ken.

DoP shares HUlksmash's site, "And they shall know fear". Good stuff.

CaptureNControl on my sig updates enough to be relevant.

Hunt up DoP's RTT/GT write up (things like sportsmanship, hygiene, having your models ready to go, etc.).

Also, here on Dakka, look through the several 'Ard Boyz threads, and you'll get a lot of feedback on competitive meta, being in order of placings in the Finals, GK, BA, SW, DE and on down the line. The tournament forum here was helpful to me in getting out of usually placing last this year.

Lastly, call your local store, find out if any of their regulars have blogs/sites so you can get a direct idea of your local meta.
