Are there any good 40K apps out there for the Iphone? I don't know, something that would make it easy to build an army or keep track of scores.

it costs $10,000 to host an app on Itunes, let alone make one
don't think any fans will be making one, and doubt GW will waste the money on one.

I didn't know it was so much.
Edit: Just did a google search, it says the only cost is that of development and a one time $99 fee to itunes. No where near $10,000

$10k? BS, there was someone on this board that made the Necron codex, he even had quasi-permission from GW and it was free.

I have a few. There's Mathhammer 40k, which is a basic Mathhammer calculator, and I also have iRoster, which is a list making software.

Yeah the 10k is bs, I know a very small animation company that pumps out a bout 10 angry birds sized games for the iphone a year.

Yes, but 10k is not how much it takes to host an app. It's a 99 dollar charge, one time, and you get 30% of the profits.
