I thought I'd put up a thread for my Khador miniatures, since I've been painting more of them recently. This is my second Greylord Ternion unit, testing a scheme for a planned Zerkova Tier 4 list. I wanted to go for more muted colors, so the base for this is Cryx Bane Highlight, washed in places with Thornwood Green, highlighted with Hammerfall Khaki washes, with armor plates in my standard darker rusty red.

Next up on the painting desk: Zerkova, a Koldun Lord, and a few 'jacks.

Finished Zerkova and got pictures taken. Comments welcome.

Next is a Koldun Lord... then a Kodiak and Karchev in pink for the Paint it Pink challenge. *That* should be fun. I'm hoping for a psychological advantage when fielding a pink Karchev against my opponents.

Imho a generous wash of GWs Devlan Mud would give your models some much needed depth/shading.

But good neat base coats and I like your 50:50 base rim technique for field of vision angles. I may have to swipe that for my cryx!

Looking forward to pinkie!

Need more 's in my life!

Not sure on the yellow eyes on GaGa there.... I totally agree on the wash front though, they need something to make them "pop!"

If you break apart my or anyone else's posts line by line I will not read them.

Bumping my own thread, cause I can.

Just finished the Spriggan this morning, and wanted to show it off. Painted to match the Zerkova a bit farther up in the thread, with battle damage/wear.
