Finally got around to photographing these little grots. Watcha think dudes?

CnC welcome.

No conversions, but most of the bases are from Dragonforge design.

Edit: Picture is much, much better with a zoom.

Thanks dude. Should be much better with a zoom in. Just quite a lot of models to fit in one pic

Sure dude, though I'm not an exact painter, I tend to layer with increasing brightness; but that keeps the method quite simple.

I also did a few trials, with these being the differing options:

The one on the far left is the method I settled with in the end. With the skin this way, it's easiest to do it in one go, so flow improver is encouraged to keep the paint wet long enough.

Base in Gretchin Green
Wash with Devlan Mud
Base again with Gretchin Green but avoid the dark recesses the Devlan Mud created
Mix a little Bleached Bone with the Gretchin Green and layer
Mix a little more and repeat
Do this a few times with ever encroaching borders
Finally highlight with Bleached bone

Thanks. That was actually what I had guessed. It's pretty similar to what I do; I might try your method sometime.
