Lets say I roll a 3 and 3 on a level 2 on the lore of beasts which is the Amber Spear. Since I rolled doubles I can choose a spell so I pick up Transformation of Kandon, could I then swap the other Amber Spear for Wyssan's Wildform the signature spell?

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd

Yes.
because you rolled a double you get to pick any spell from the list that hasn't already been taken by yourself or another wizard(except the Sig spell)
you can then choose to swap either spell for the Sig spell.
On a tactical note: I wouldn't pick Transformation for a Lvl2, he will find it VERY difficult to cast. Beast of Horros will be easier and will make him almost as deadly.

Thanks for the information. And on Kandon I run beasts which means if my GBS goes beasts along with the level 2 if I was to give Kandon to one provided the GBS has the key spells already I would go with Kandon on the level 2 since he will be unable to cast and dispel while transformed. It would be harder but I'd rather the GBS be free for casting and dispelling.
