Recently I was offered an oppertunity to assess and idenify a large number of warhammer 40k units ( read that as over 500 mini's) in preperation to opening an ebay store. Trouble I need help with is some of the mini's I looked at I do not recognise.
Some I suspect are conversiopns while some others I do believe are very old units, likely Rogue Trader era or 1st/2nd edition stuff I had not seen before. I know GW made a lot of units, many of which they do not make current units of.

I am in need of a list, catalog or guide that does show as many examples of all known 40K mini's as possible. Any and all help will be greatly appriciated in this endevor.

*As a sub note, some of the units may be offered here directly for sale. Upcoming postings may include pictures of the units as they are further assessed in detail.

They will be good for up to 40k 2nd edition (quite a few models of which are still in circulation).

Won't help with a lot of the chaos stuff if it's newer than 1995 or so though.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.
