Do you think that Imperium will use Drogan's notes to again try to create the device?
And can the device be used without Chaos influence?

The Emperor doesn't have a GKs unshakable faith in the Emperor which is....basically himself?

Not familiar with it, though the second question implies that it is Chaos tech which in that case the Ad Mech would never use the plans to create it as it's seen as tech heresy.

Isn't Space Marine supposed to take place in an alternate reality? So I'd say no, plus I was also under the impression that it was powered by chaos anyway.
Still, it'd be nice for clearing out enemies en masse, and still be home in time for tea.

On a boat, Trying not to die.

I'm going to say no. Drogan built it with the Chaos powers infecting him, and so without those, the Ad Mech couldn't build it.

But could the Ordo Maleus build it in secret ( surely the Grey Knights will ensure that Chaos infestation is little to none )?

I doubt the Ordo Maleus could actually build anything. If it uses chaos in anyway or is designed/built by the Dark Mechanicum the Ad Mech/Imperium won't even look at it without at least an orbital bombardment on the factory designing it.

Where would you get that idea? Just because he's an Ultramarine captain we haven't heard of? Could take place before or after 40,000 by a couple hundred years.

There's no shortage of doomsday devices in 40k; I can't see why the Imperium wouldn't use something similar in the future.

Because of this facts:

Graia was destroyed by Behemoth in the original Tyranid invasion ( aldo there might be some other Graia in the Imperium of Man ).

Titan Invictus was destroyed by Chaos in 13'th Black Crusade

Cato Sicarius is the captain if the 2'nd company now, so Titus can only be before him.

This can all be explained by: " they are in the past " - if not for the Blood Ravens and the mention of the Aurelian Crusade + they used their new moto: "None shall find us wanting."

Because of that little mistake they declared "Space Marine" lore as "alternate reality".
