Zero points for creativity.

I'll say this, its not soft, but its so typical you'll be fairly predictable in your deployment and play.

Why not drop the Archon for the Baron? The Agoniser is never going to be used here, and the loss of the blaster won't change your turns much, whereas the baron offers a nice strategic option that can help you deal with your blatantly predictability.

Also littlenibbler Orks aren't about armour saves.
Orks are about having too many models on the table, and wasting the other guy's time with your movement phase.
Orks are about having the toughest units on the table.
Orks are about not caring about how many bodies are left in a long winding trail until the squad is down to less than a third its starting strength.
Orks are about rolling more dice then you can count without the aid of a calculator or a pen and paper.
Orks are about having totally fething insane characters tearing gak down like Doc Grotsnik, Ghazghkull or Snikrot.
Orks are about being too fething awesome to die...

Put simply, the Archon is sticking out here. The Wyches as well, generally with this you want to avoid combats with those wyches, as they're too small and without an Agoniser to really hurt things. More Kabalite warriors could be taken, but again you become pretty obvious in your play style, which will be to swarm over the board and hit it from one point.

I could replace the wyches with warriors...Maybe I'll replace one unit with warriors and drop one unit of Wyches+Venom and take jetbikes with heat lance or maybe even scourges with blasters

Bikes with Heatlances need to have 2. Same with Scourges.

I would take Scourges over bikes, because they have a better base weapon, also Heat Lances aren't all they're cracked up to be, the range is a real limiting factor, Blasters are much better because you can kite easily, Haywires Blasters are also good fun, so to are dark lances, but after playing a few test matches with these on Scourges I have to say that Dark Lances > Haywire Blasters>Blaster>Heat Lance.

I have only one problem with the Archon and its the agonizer. With the blaster and once out of transport, the unit will just as easily be shotup and not reach cc.

I don't have any problems with the wyches. I think they are just for trying to haywire things that your lances are having difficulty downing. Though a squad of 10 in a raider with a haemonculus and a hekanizer will do much better in CC.
