I was reading the fluff of the henchmen and it struck me that they are never specifically are called human. So my question is this...would other races feature in and inquisitorial warband?
Giving my two cents orks are mercenaries so they could be in it?
Eldar hate all things chaos so maybe they would work with an ordo malleus ?

Any Inquisitor with a Xenos in his retinue would be quite Radical and I doubt he'd last very long before the Ordo Hereticus put him on trial. That being said, Inquisitors do ally with or use the service of Xenos on an unofficial basis from time to time.

2,700pts

So in a battle he may have them in his retinue?

Yes, in a given battle there is the possibility for that. Orks (Freebooterz? (SP)) as I understand it usually tend to try and kill whoever they are working for as soon as they get the promised dakka.

ravernor: in the last part of the eisonhorn omnibus he travels around with a aspect warrior squad.
On the other hand they are usually servitor or sub-inquisitors. And i assume if i field dire avengers in my GK inquisitor it wont be a problem if i kept to the same stats.

Radicals can and do successfully plead their innocence in Inquisitorial courts. To do so means that the person who accused him is put to death. This generally stops all but the most iron-clad cases being brought before the Conclave.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.

Jokaero are xenos - so they difinitely can have xenos in theri retinues. But don't let Emil Darkhammer foun out - he'll kill your planet!
