OK Update on the list, i'm focusing on combat squads and anti-tank guns. SO here's a new list to hopefully bring some balance!

Dante (unsure about him might bump him down to a reclusiarch and bring in an Attack bike with MM)

Sanguinary Guard
-Power Fist

Terminator Assault Squad
-Lightening Claws

Assualt Squad
-Power Weapon

7x Assualt Squad
-Power Weapon, Rhino, Extra Armor

5x Death Company
-Jump Packs, Thunder hammer

Death Company Dread
-Blood Talons

Storm Raven
-Extra Armor, TLLC, TLMM

Predator
-Extra Armor, TLLC

Predator
-Extra Armo, TLLC

Ok so my Sanguinary Guard and JP Assault Squad Deepstike in along with my Terminators to wreck face in my opponents rear. The Death Company and Dread still ride along in the Stormraven. The 7 man assault squad hangs back to capture my deployment zone objectives. Predators with Lascannons should give me enough support to take care of heavier vehicles that are threatening my assault troops...

How's the list look now? I have 14pts left could pick up a melta on one of the assault squads...

Do i have enough troops? Do i have enough scoring units/anti-tank support?

Thanks

Cal

Too few scoring units, especially if you switch out Dante.

If you want you could put a 10 man assault unit with JPs, give them some love (PF sergeant, 2 meltas) then combat squad them leaving 5 ones in the back to hold objective, while the remaining 5 wreaks havoc up front. With that few models actually up front you need to support them with each other.

As usual Hybrid lists won't perform top-notch like most focussed lists, but ultimately its up to you, and you should have FUN while building, painting and playing with your army. It's quite easy getting handed a "well built strong competetive army" from internet advice, but it might not fit you and your taste or playing style.

What does a top notch tournament blood angels list look like at this point level?

In general top notch would be two different builds mech and DoA. Other builds are available but I am not going to fight for them, though other competitive bases exist.

DoA requires lots of assault squads with jump packs. Honour guard with guns and venguard to do the cc then you are fine.

Mech is just taking as many razorbacks as possible. Assault termies in a landraider may also be useful.

Nearly all competitive hybrid lists at this point cost are double Land Raider lists which work fine. Here's an example from the ETC competition:

HQ1: Librarian: bolt pistol and force sword, unleash rage & shield of Sanguinius [100]
Elite1: Terminator Assault Squad (5) : 2 pairs of lightning claws, 3 thunder hammers and storm shields, in Transport1 [215]
Elite2: Terminator Assault Squad (5) : 2 pairs of lightning claws, 3 thunder hammers and storm shields, in Transport2 [215]
Elite3: 2 Sanguinary Priests: bolt pistols & chianswords [100]
Troop1: Assault Squad (10) : 2 melta guns, power fist [235]
Troop2: Assault Squad (10) : 2 melta guns, power fist [235]
Troop3: Assault Squad (5) : lose jump packs, in Transport3 [100]
Transport1: Land Raider Redeemer: extra armour, multimelta [265]
Transport2: Land Raider Redeemer: extra armour, multimelta [265]
Transport3: Razorback; twin linked heavy flamer & assault squad discunt [20]
