I like like their librarians but they only have ld9, so really you should drop him, plus he hasn't got scout or something fun like that.
You have fearless troops so go for squads of three, the command squad like one should use 6 to use the apoth. Then the fists are bad idea as you want to avoid combat at all costs. Also plasma guns are great option as well because they have relentless.
Also attack bikes are great value for money, they are easy KP but they also score and kill KPs.
That is one 6 bike squad with command stuff, 5 3 bike squads with special weapons, 6 attack bikes, 3 typhoons, sammael. This is more killy than your list but does give away KPs which you shouldn't worry about.
If you want 6 man bike squads and typhoons I would then go for the scoring landspeeders. So that should be 4 6 man squads with 4 landspeeders, 3 typhoons.
For completeness I could mention you could go just for bikes and sammael but I digress.
