Quick question, Do you add the cost of the black orc unit that are the immortalz to grimgor's points, eg if the black orc unit cost 415, do you add that to grimgor's points meaning that altogether he would cost 770?

No they are just a Black Orc unit and count towards your elite points allowance. Well, after Grimgor joins up they are no longer JUST a Black Orc unit...
