Okay two questions that need clarification.

1. Situation: A Leman Russ Battle Tank with Pask has not moved and fires its lascannon into a Land Raider. It hits. Now then since it did not move it benefits from the +1 for armor penetration thanks to Pask's ability 'crack shot.' Now then does the +1 armor pen mean that the strength of the lascannon against the vehicle is basically str 10 or does it operate like an AP1 weapon giving the extra bonus to the damage chart? Page 58 of the Imperial Guard codex for reference to the crack shot rule.

2. A Leman Russ Demolisher remains stationary and has plasma cannon side sponsons. It fires the main gun which is ordnance. Now I know at least one of those plasma cannons can fire thanks to lumbering behemoth. Is the other plasma cannon also able to fire thanks to the lumbering behemoth rule if the tank remains stationary? See page 48 for reference to the lumbering behemoth rule.

I'm mostly clear on the second one, but another person's opinion would be nice. However I absolutely must know about the Pask crack shot thing today before I go into battle tonight. Thanks in advance.

1. Str 9 + 2d6 + 1. +1 to the armor pen roll != bonus on the damage chart.

2. I'm pretty sure you can only fire one plasma sponson, but I'm not 100% sure.

I assume you meant to type /= (does not equal) bonus on the chart. And it isn't 2D6, this is only a lascannon firing, not a vanquisher cannon.

1) As rigeld says. Its essentially tank hunter

2) If you are stationary you can fire ALL weapons PLUS the turret weapon. So you can fire both sponsons, the hull mounted weapon AND the turret

!= is the same thing as /=. The former is typically used in programming, and since that's my background...

And yeah - I typoed. Sorry.

Just to add, Lumbering Behemoth does nothing if you are stationary. The rule lets you fire your turret weapon in addition to any other weapon you are normally allowed to fire while moving at combat speed, and only lets you move 6+D6" when moving at cruising speed.

Actually, it does. It allows you to fire Ordnance (turret) in addition to all other weapons while stationary.

With pask I beleive it just adds 1 to the weapons strength against vehicles, not adding 1 to the damage chart like an AP 1 weps, atleast from what a GW employee told me.

If you stay stationary with lumbering behemoth you can fire everything I believe
