Just received a bunch of used minis...not sure what a few of them are.

I thought these guys resembled Plaguebearers, but I don't remember Plaguebearers ever looking like this:

Another odd thing, they have holes in their backs like something was supposed to be attached there. I'm assuming it wasn't a jumppack.

This thing I assume is a Pink Horror, but it doesn't look like any generation of Pink Horrors I'm familiar with...I remember the old ones that frequently had tail feathers, but this looks considerably different:

Any ideas?

are you sure they are gw/citadel minis?

I am not at all sure. They look like it to me, but I'm not that familiar with older non-GW models. They came with a group of what were supposed to be 15 classic Blue Horrors. 9 of those were Blue Horrors, 2 are Pink Horrors, and then there were...these.

Maybe the holes were for wings and these are some sort of gargoyles.?

Old Furies of Chaos maybe? I wouldn't be sure.

Some people play to win, some people play for fun. Me? I play to kill toy soldiers.

Pretty sure those are old harpies.

The horror thing I'm not sure about, fantasy 5th ed horrors looked vaguely like that but i remember their heads being more cartoonish.

Ah, found em! The first three are indeed not GW. They are Marauder Miniatures' "Dark Elf Harpies" with their wings removed:

Thanks everyone for your help. Wouldn't have found these without Googling "harpy miniatures".

Still not sure on the second guy. He looks so much like a Pink Horror, but the loincloth seems very out of place.

You didn't do enough research there matey... Marauder and Citadel Miniatures were owned by GW (Citadel still are). There are a lot of Maruader minis still in production today, such as Eltharion on his Griffon and Karl Franz on Griffon IIRC.

The bottom looks like a conversion to me.

Ah, I just saw Marauder in the image description and didn't bother to delve much deeper. Thanks for the additional info.

What do you mean by conversion? The model is solid pewter, one piece, and there doesn't seem to be anything added/removed from the model.
