I actually really like it.

I assume lysander and pedro are going with the 2 sternguard squads respectively.

7 drop pods is a nice number as you get 4 down on turn one.

The venerable dreadnought with extra armour seems over the top not sure why he needs the EA?

I would prefer multi meltas on the tactical marines, as you can get them closer normally with the drop pods.

Other than that a nice drop pod list.
