Something I threw together, might work alright against the ubiquitous MSU Razorspam GK list that's everywhere atm.

FnP goes on the Hive Guard almost always. Tyrant gives cover to Fexes, who give cover to Tervigons.

Hive Guard pop vehicles, Fexes, Tyrant and Gaunts torrent infantry. Target squads with Hammers first to remove the danger of getting Force weaponed by them, so you can assault with impunity.

looks good but why is there three tervigons but only two termagant broods?

Even though you never see it, Tervigons are HQs that can me troops via termagants, so 1 is an HQ.

Another brood of termagants would be nice to make the third Terv scoring, but there isn't really anywhere I can get the points. Hopefully the 3 Tervigons will poop out enough Gaunts for objective holding anyways.

I used to run something almost identical to this at 2k points, only difference was I had Genestealers and less Hive Guard.

Against Razorspam you will do alright. Against mech Guard you will get owned.

Agree. Also I am seeing some GK going heavy on dreads - 4/5 riflemen and possibly a venerable. You will struggle against this sort of GK list, which is why I'd like to see at least some stealers in there.
