Now tactics wise I deep strike the Land Speeders behind the enemy as they move forward and pop and tanks holding back or hit infantry with the HF. I look at them as disposable after they get their points back.
The Scouts I split into combat squads with Telion and the ML in one and just 5 guys with sniper rifles in the other. In missions with objectives I leave the one regular scout group to hold the closest point for a score. The group with Telion is used as a true sniping unit. Telion either goes for specific powerful models in a unit like power claw Nobs or special weapon models. With the ML in the group he can also use his BS of 6 to try and pop tanks.
The Preds just put out a lot of Dakka and the Dreads hold objectives.
Thoughts? What would you add going up to 2k points? Terminators and a Landraider?

It looks like you have a good mix of anti-horde and anti-tank.
What I do see though, is that the Dreads will have to footslog wherever they're needed. With their weapons combo, they may not survive the trip to be worth their points cost. In my experience, Dreads tend to be fire magnets and don't survive long once they're on the field. Maybe not so much so with Predators on the field. When going to 2k, look at putting the Dreads in Drop Pods, bring the 1st in on turn 1 to land within range of an enemy tank, then light it up with MM fire. If the 1st Dread falls before he's effective, drop the second right there next to the 1st. I would, however, only do this against a high value target such as a Land Raider or Chaos Defiler unless the target is tearing up your other guys (don't do this against an Eldar Avatar of Khaine, as it's immune to melta fire, and the Dread will fall before it can reach CC with the Avatar). If you wish to do this at 1.5k, drop the PP on the CPT and drop SGT Tellion from the Scouts to make points.
Also, unless I'm mistaken, Dreads cannot hold objectives as they are not a troop choice. However, they can challenge an objective to keep your oppponent from taking it. This would be another use for Drop Podding the Dreads in. At the last minute, drop the Dreads in right next to the objective. If the Drop Pod scatters, it won't mishap unless scattering off of the table, and a scatter could even get you right next to the objective to challenge. Then, unless your opponent can roll a 5 or 6 on the armor pen chart, he loses the objective as contested. You don't gain it, but your opponent will lose it.
As for 2k, keep SGT Tellion, drop the CPT's PP, add the Drop Pods, Land Raider, and 5 Assault Termies with TH/SS. You could also replace the Land Raider with a footslogging 5 man Dev Squad with 4 LC or 4 PC.
Wargear may need to vary a bit based on points cost. Overall, a list that could work well for you.

I would drop the scouts. They are simply not worth their points. Sniper scouts are totally useless.
If you go the CMD squad route then give them special weapons. 4xPGs is pretty neat as is 4xMGs
The dreads really should have another load out. Preferably 2xTL Autocannon.

I quite like your list.
I also feel the dreads have a too short a ranged weapon to start at the back. But I would go for two TL autocannons instead on both.
Your command squad does nothing for me. It is a waste of the unit and the razorback will go at his own speed alone on battlefield which is painful. Try giving them a rhino and 4 meltaguns. Maybe go for sternguard in a rhino so you have three rhinos going forward.
To increase the list I would add a cc threat. That is command squad on bikes with storm shields or assault termies in a landraider.
If you do not like expensive units then go for another TL autocannon dread and pred. To give you 6 beasts sitting at the back giving covering fire.

Hi,
if you can see 10 scouts +telion take almost same pts as tac squad with rhino, so maybe in 1500pts army 3rd tac squad is realy very usefull, you can put them melta/MM load and use them as shock troops if you combat squad them. If you want use scouts and telion so take only 5 men squad(telion, 3x sniper, ML) and for save points buy drop pod for your dreads. Dreads have short range weapons so drop pods will be good for them. Another very popular weapon load for dreads is Autocannon for both arms. For 2000pts Ill drop captain and command squad and take Vulkan as HQ and Th/SS termies in LRR w/MM, Vulkan“s chapter tactic will be very usefull for your melta/flamer list.

Yea I didn't mean they could control points but contest or hold points that I do control really well.
So the changes I made bellow are I dropped the scouts to 4 men plus Telion. I wanted to keep him because almost every game I've played with him he has straight up pissed off my opponents as he takes selected models out. I dropped the the Captains PP as well. All in all it freed up 80 points. I outfitted one of the Dreadnoughts with dual TL Autocannons and the other with a drop pod. I still have 15 points left but don't quite know what to spend them on. Ideas?

I like telion with ten scouts as it means he lasts longer. Plus 10 means you can if need be combat squad if you need to.
How about meltabombs?

Sticking with your well rounded them. to get to 2k you could add
1x Thunderfire Cannon - 100 pts
1x Librarian Epistolary: 150 pts With Smite & Gate of Infin/Null Zone
1x Full Tack Squad: 170 pts
Swap Command squad to 2x Melta & 2x Plasma gun: +50 pts
Add power weapons to all 3 tac sgts and swap all 3 missile launchers to Las Cannons: 75 pts
Total addition to army: 495 Points
your most recent list has 1485 pts free, and my suggested addition leave 5 so 20pts free.
Add meltabombs on 1 CS vet and all 3 tac sgts to save the squad from walkers.
Figured with added anti horde firepower from thunderfire, you could afford to drop the Missile launchers frags in favour of stronger AT at long range.
Command squad bare bones are fairly ineffective. Maybe downgrade the transport to a rhino and attach the Librarian to them, unloading with Smite/null zone, 2 plasma Guns and 2 melta guns unloading, they should melt any terminator squad you encounter. Or smite and port around with Gate. Especially keeps your CS and captain from getting bogged down once the rhino dies (and it will).
Adding Swords and Melta bombs are always good protection for Tac squads to survive assault units/ walkers.
