Your wyches are going to seriously struggle in combat against MEQ without agonisers. Lots of attacks will only go so far when you need 4's to hit, 5's to wound, and they get a 3+ save. Statistically 18 attacks will only give you one kill, so you can only expect to kill 2 or so when you assault (unless you roll well for drugs). I'd try to fit some agonisers in, or at least power weapons.

Where is the Haem going, and why does he have a Venom blade? Also, what's the point of that single shardnet? Just sort of a vague goal of assaulting Dreads or what?
A Wych based list is certainly potent and possible - I'd probably steer towards more Haems and less Scourges, trimming the Wyches back to 9 but netting them FNP, and if I really wanted Scourges I'd go with something other than Lances on them.

I've never been a fan of Sathy so yeah...The first two both look good but I would drop a wych and a weapon to make room for the haemy.
On the first one, only Razors are amazing math-wise with reroll to hit and wound. i'd go there. Same on the second. Also why the VBlade on the haemy? He shouldn't me in CC so I'd drop it too.
