I wonder how this list would fare against my Demon army.

Yeah, looks pretty good. Not really sure about the Spore Mines though. I know they are only 30 points but still.

Also, I think you need a more dedicated deckchair unit, as all of the genestealers are going to be outflanking/infiltrating/moving forward, and your termagants should definately be moving up and away from the tervigons as well. So I think that you should maybe cut back or drop one of the genestealer squads in order to get a large squad of tyranid warriors or something.
