Hello to you all
I have been out of painting miniatures for over 2 years now and thaught i'd try to get back in
So i bought Zagstruk and a few stormboyz to start with, hoping to see if i still got it

Great work! I think it's safe to say you've still got it. My only suggestion is to add a bit more color in there...it could use some zazz.

I have already painted some of the tubes and such in blazing orange, and the straps in scab red just to get that third "spot" color
i'll toss up some pics later tonight

Yeah, looks good, but I'd like a bit more spot colour, e.g. brass and gold, to contrast with all the boltgun metal.

Over the Cuckoos Nest

I like the fact that you've posed him at a slight angle, it gives a sense of left forward movement.

It's a solid paint job, but I agree that a little more variety in the metal coloration would add to it.
