That's one of those lists that is absolutely terrifying on paper and on the board, but any assault based army would annihilate. I like it, you could literally form a spearhead where only 2 tanks could be shot on side armor and you have like, a lot of str8 templates. Still seems like a glass-jaw list though.

My usual tactic is to keep my 3 leman russ battle tanks in the back giving long range support as the demolishers take flank where their is Monstrous creatures, Heavy Infantry and tanks are. My executioner targets assault based units. My chimera usually speed around taking out enemy transports with the melta vets inside. My CCS with the lascannon takes cover and camps with the lascannon taking out whatever needs to be taken out. With this is list and tactic I have won 6 games and 2 loses. 1 lose to Blood Angels Assault Marine list, the other lose to Grey Knights

Why did you buy Vox Casters for your units when the Command Squad stays still and the Veteran units are moving out and about?

You would do better without them.

Other than that, it seems like a pretty straight forward tank list, however, armies that have special rules against armor (Eldar, Dark Eldar, Necrons) would have a field day picking apart all your squadrons.

Assault heavy space marines would also chew this army up pretty good, whether deep striking Multi-Melta Dreds or simply running up to them with Assault Marines and Power Fists.

Remember that if one gets Immobilized its considered destroyed, so protect them as best you can.

I guess your gunning for a draw on Objective Based games since you only have two troops, so I won't comment on that...

Well should I drop some leman russes and add some fast attack and more troops?

I would get a pair of vets squads in chimeras and dropping a pair of Russes. With only 2 troop choices your objective based games will be very tough to win. VERY TOUGH.

I would also ensure your chimeras have heavy flamers as well. You didn't note it so I thought I'd mention.

A stationary Russ is likely a dead Russ

I could replace some russes for vendettas and chimeras
