Do sponson count as separate weapons when determining weapon destroyed and firing? For example a Baal predator comes with the assault cannon, and you can buy Heavy bolter sponsons. They are bought together , not separately in the codex. Sooo if I move at cruising speed which lets me fire 1 weapon., Do i get to fire the both sponsons or just one side? And if i suffer weapon destroyed do both sponsons come off together? I only ask because I noticed that the land raider has the hurricane bolters which say they are bolters but count as seperate weapons so it seems as those would fire separately and be weapon destroyed separately. Can someone clarify? Thanks

They are different weapons, as A Baal has an assault cannon and 2xHeavy Bolter sponsons

Different weapons, so a tank with sponsons plus turret has 3 different weapons
