This is a midfield shooting army with the Preds hanging back for fire support. Libby goes with the sternguard, giving that squad frightening anti-infantry and anti-tank fire. Adding combi-weapons so the
Tac-squads doubles their combat effectiveness for 10 points and is effectively a compulsory purchase (as are Rhinos). The Predator gets you more firepower for less points than the Devastators and with greater survivability. You could switch one if the
tac squads to have a flamer (and then a combi-flamer for the sergeant) if you want more horde control or you could swap the 2 preds with autocannon and 2 Lascannons for 3 preds with autocannon and 2 heavy bolters though you'd have to find 15 points somewhere (best place would be the powerfist on the Sternguard). So something like this:

Actually I think I like the 2nd list better (though it's boned against Mechdar). You've got 3 AV11 shells and 3 AV13 shells for really good target saturation at this points level. You've got a
tac-squad that can hunt tanks and one that can annihilate hordes. With fire support coming from the Sternguard which can either melta a tank with 3 elta shots, flame a horde with 2 S5 templates and rapidfiring dragonfire rounds all of which ignores cover. Then Nullzone and rapidfiring plasma and melta shots to take down stormshield Terminators. With Hellfire and Nullzone for dealing with Seer councils. With those 3 tanks pumping out 8 shots a turn each at 48"
