Hi, I'm starting up a Howling Griffons army of 1000pts for smaller battles and I was writing an army list. It went like this: Captain, 2x 5 man Scouts, 3x 10 man Assaults. I have 75pts left. I thought I needed something like a tank, but they were all a lot more points (or a Predator with only an Autocannon ) and then I saw the dedicated transports. A Razorback with Lascannon, 75pts. Are you allowed to take a dedicated transport (such as a Razorback) without something to transport as a troops choice, as I am sure I have heard this somewhere. Or do I have to get more scouts? Dedicated transports are seperate from the FOC (Force Organisation Chart)
Among other things this lets you have more than 3 Land Raiders since you can usually take another one as a dedicated transport for Terminators.
