Situation: BA furioso charges Hive Tyrant under cover of venomthrope's cloud. It rolls and fails its dangrous terrain test.
Where does it become immoble?

I just re-read the Spore cloud entry, Vehicles are not affected.

Only non-vehicles are affected.
