A unit with hit and run is assaulted by multiple units. If the assaulted unit survives and wants to use hit-and-run, does he have to pass an Initiative test against both assaulting units?

If yes... if he fails one test and passes another, does he break from one combat but remain in the other, or does nothing happen (remains locked in both)?

What about consolidation moves?

Hit and Run requires only one Initiative test. You do not test against the other unit, you just attempt to roll I or lower. If successful, your H&R unit may break off.
