It'a like a little fileing cabinet meant for screws and other things you can buy at a local hardware store. I bought mine at Canadian Tire(for about $25CAD), but I don't think there are many of those south of the border.....

I use bead organizers that you can get from any arts and craft store. I think you call them hobby stores across the pond.

I use an old paperbox full of plastic bags for each army I have. Not the best filing system in the world, but it works for me.

I'm an Eldar player therefore: What's a bitz box?
What I have I could easily hold in one hand. It consists of a couple spare heavy weapons, the odd free head, minor guardian belt things and a few Exarchs' alternate weapon. This said it's not even worth photographing.

I got about 5 or 6 of those boxes for beads. I want to get one of the organizers that OP has. Maybe for the holidays...

Your tanks mst be grotesquely overweaponed then..
My wife has a small crate of spare Eldar heavy weapons, which my Lootas occasionally go swimming in
My Necrons were about the sparest Bits Box you could imagine. A few spare Lord arms and Spyder guns.
My Orks and DE, on the other hand...

Sadly, that's my fault, I'd seen too many Eldar armies that were as many tank they could fit in, so I'd been avoiding them. Moved recently and the Eldar forces around here are a lot more balanced so I'm slowly fixing that.

I am a bug and eldar player and it takes two people to lift my bitz box. So I don't understand the lack of bitz.

Which one, I have a terrain bits box, with all my sprues and pieces of foam etc for terrain that I haven't made. Then I have my W40K bits box, which is a small plastic tub holding about a kilo of bits. My warhammer bitz area is just a flat tupperware tub.

Yep theyre great and fairly easy to find in the UK. Usually use one constantly for whatever I am working on at the moment especially when travelling, it can hold a couple of regiments worth of stuff .

I feel your pain, but if the DE are anything to go by we should have options soon and sexy new kits... I hope

Same. i've only bought 7 Tyranid kits (2x Warriors, 2x Hormagaunts, Termagants, Gargoyles, Carnifex) and they already have their own separate bitz box that is about full. Tyranids generate an obscene amount of bitz.

Oh good, I was starting to wonder if I was an oddity. I certainly hope so, though consider how the rules stand now, the only way it'll happen is if they combine aspect warriors boxes, or allow variations of the central theme of an aspect (I'm hoping for the latter). As it stands, 2-3 spare arms a box doesn't help the Bitz grow too fast.

This is what I use also. I have 4 of them and two half sized small ones. One neat thing to note, is that they will all stack neatly in a standard "letter" size file carrier like this one.
Readily avaialbe at any office supply store for about 11 bucks, it keeps all your bits in one place.
I used to keep my bits in an organizer like the one the op shows, but I liked being able to more easily move them from my hobby room to the storage room, living room, friend's house, etc. and the bead cases have a great size compartment for bits.
As partially shown in the picture, I do have 14 of them for LEGO organization though...
