A 310 point tank!? surely not, but my god does it rule against termies. Also the pie plate demo packs are suicidally fun to play with just before a charge.

What do you guys think? Any thoughts for improvement or how to expand it from this point onwards? hoping to get to 2500 at some point... I was thinking of an equally expensive 5 ogryns\chimera\yarrick mash up...

Thats really nice if you know you are going to play space marines. Its is of course but its good .

If I were a space marine player I would use a 10th company scout army to counter your plasma overload. Focusing my heavy weapons choices on missle launchers (proabably this, good lemun russ counter and then good chimera popper and then whole squd destoryer) or auto cannons with a few HB thrown in the mix.

The sole Leman Russ is a Heavy Weapon magnet. Once they destroy that, then the rest of your army is rather piecemeal.

I would invest in a couple more Leman Russ Tanks...

valid points, it isnt the strongest army... but watch it go up against deathwing/draigowing/logan wing and let the insanity begin

My brother plays a nob heavy ork mob and he absolutely rapes this list.

Its just a bit of fun, its hilarious watching a marine player commit his entire 1500 point army to kill one tank

Well this list is pretty terrible.

1.) Pask does exactly one thing against infantry: A 1" reduction in your scatter distance . . . Not worth it. A single AV 14 hull will probably die pretty quick. Lascannons on lemans generally aren't optimal either in my opinion, but that's more of a choice than necessity.

2.) Heavy flamer on infantry is a waste of points. As is mixing special weapons in a squad.

3.) Carpace on vet squads in chimeras? Power fist & Plasma Pistol? That's all wasted points.

There's probably enough waste in there to fit another Executioner. Or a Manticore. Or any number of useful things

Ok, well I think it looks fun to play. That is what its about is fun. Even though some don't undestand that.

I think the list will do resonable ok and for fun factor it is through the roof. I love those silly Executioners tanks.
