Yucky and icky, just as it should be.

The frills of greenstuff are too obviously that, and should have had some texturing on I think, but nothing else wrong with it.

how do i get rid of the greenstuff frills and still make the fleshy look on the LR?

You dont get rid of them you make them look less like someone has taken some greenstuff and made a frill.

There is a signiture texture (or actually lack thereof) to thumbed on greenstuff, adding a texture to it disguises that neatly.
