If a Battlewagon with Deff Rolla Tanks Shocks a group of infantry (lets say Marines) and the unit passes its Morale test, does the Deff Rolla still cause D6 S10 hits? What happens if they fail the Morale test, do they fall back and still take D6 S10 hits? Thanks!

Yes. Passing the morale check just stops you falling back, you have still been tan shocked.
