Subject: Word Bearers - UselesswizarD's Hobby Challenge progress blog.
So I've joined the Independent Character's Hobby Challenge and I'm supposed to post periodic updates on their forums on the progrees of the amry, so I thought that I would go ahead and do the same on the other forums I frequent.
The army is going to be painted as a Word Bearers chaos marine list. Inspiration for this army list was the Chapter of the Crimson Mask. "The Crimson Mask Chapter - Commanded by Chapter Master Rukis, battle-brothers of this Chapter were known to have the faceplate of their helmets wrought to resemble fearsome red-skinned snarling creature (daemons)." I wanted to model an army that both reflected the close relationship that the Word Bearers have with daemons and what would happen if most of the marines partially melded with daemons. So most of these models will have at least one part from the possessed marine kits to reflect that.
