Is there specific place that they come from? Because what I am planning to do with my IG army is to switch out the PCS Commander for a Inquisitor, but I also wanted the Inquisitor to come form the same planet (wich will be Catachan).

If none do come from Catachan, then I will still use a Inquisitor, but they will be from some other planet.

I'm pretty sure anyone from anywhere can be recruited. It's the individual Inquisitors that hold the responsibility to recruit new aspirants, who become Acolytes, and can then progress through the various ranks. They only ones who can scrutinize new recruits are other Inquisitors.

So it would be alright to have an Inquisitor from Catachan?

York/London(for weekends) oh for the glory of the british rail industry

Well Catachans aren't really know for being the most detective like, so it would be a little odd.

But Inquisitors can come from anywhere, they will either be recruited from Black Ship 'guests' or are recruited by on the job inquisitors, it is however very unlikely that an inquisitor would stay in the same area of space all his life.

Relictors: 1500pts

its safe to say that relictors are the greatest army a man , nay human can own.

They come from the Imperium.

That's about as specific as it gets.

The people in the past who convinced themselves to do unspeakable things were no less human than you or I. They made their decisions; the only thing that prevents history from repeating itself is making different ones.

Yeah, good point there.
