The use of a Chaos Dreadnought depends on three things:
1) How often do people piss you off?
2) Do you have any spare socks?
3) How hard can you swing said sock if it contained the aforementioned dreadnought?
Most common answers:
1) Very
2) Yes
3) Very

I really want to try fielding Death Company in my new Blood Angels army, because they hit really hard and are quite durable, but I have trouble with the concept of fielding a unit whose movement I don't control. This game is won and lost in movement, essentially.
This army list, as you know, is mostly saddled with that problem- no control over your own units' movement. Top that off with those units being overpriced and not very good for their stats.
If you like and want to field Spawn, get some Tzeentch casters with Gift. One or two Princes with Gift and Mark of Tzeentch, and a squad or two of T-Sons with a Sorc with the same power.

no need to insult me, i just want a opinion on if this list can even win a game, that was the question.
also i understand that this list will not be competive in any way, so i suppose a army of things that blindly follow the nearest enemy, and are just slightly tough could be interesting for someone to face off against.
OR i can simply ask about the effectiveness of what is basicly the worst unit in 40k. lets do that instead as i am confuseing myself...again....

Will it win? yes and no. depends on the army you are versing. If you are up agenst a hord army it will do well on the other hand if you are up agenst an shooting army if won't do so good. In the end it comes down to the dice
