These are the lists I'm probably taking with me next weekend. In four games I can only repeat once and no characters of any sort can be repeated across lists. So let me know what y'all think. Any list has to be able to handle anything from WGI Deathstars to the most hideous Legion lists imaginable. So any and all comments are welcome.

And no, I don't own B13. Yet.

You should drop off the points values. I just finished playing in the Journeyman League with Cygnar. My battle score wasn't great, so please take my advice with a grain of salt:

List 1 comments:

1. Siege has too many warjacks. If you are hung up on taking the defenders, give one to Jr. Arlan is a great help here as well. He could marshal one to full effect for a small points investiture.

2. I find poor Ironclad not very competitive at all. As you're already taking Rowdy with Stryker, IMHO, Stormclad is ideal, while Centurion might not be a bad fit. You may be able to save some points from the Squire, as I find Siege doesn't rely on it as much as Haley does.

3. I am not sold on the cyclone or the precursors. I would probably run full stormguard in place of the cyclone, and marshal a sentinel to "The Dude" instead. While less durable, it sacrifices little in hitting power while getting silly quantities of special shots and has the benefit of shield guard. The stormguard have ranked attack, letting your forces shoot through them. This leaves you 3 points, into which you could insert e-Eiryss or p-Eiryss to taste.

List 2 comments:

1. Instead of the defender, I think Centurion or Hammersmith has potential as a secondary jack bullet.

List 3 comments:

1. You will find that the trenchers don't offer you much mileage. For 9 points, I'd rather take ATGM+UA

2. Put the Stormclad under Stryker's command and drop the Cyclone. Without Arlan to feed him an extra focus, you're paying full points for a warjack without being able to get full mileage out of it.

2b. Stryker will want a lancer to arc Earthquake amongst other things.

3. Not sure what you want Versh and Pendrake to accomplish. Either Eiryss would probably be more effective. IMHO.

I agree with keezus that Siege has too many jacks to run in list one. I would keep squire with him as it extends the feat area, as well as giving Siege extra focus on turn 2 to 4 where he needs it. I would question the JWC as he serves no purpose in that list as precursors have spell ward and gun mages don't get much out of arcane shield. I would put some other solo in his place like the mentioned eEiryss.

Stryker would really like to have lancer as keezus says. Again I ask what is the purpose of the JWC, there are other solos which would give you better run for the points.

I'm told that I should always consider B13, but since they appear in damned near every Cygnar net list.... It's the sort of thing that makes me avoid stuff. Like I won't use multiple AssCan Razorbacks. I'm old and cranky, and dammit I said stay off my lawn!

I'll repost with some modifications to the lists tomorrow. I really need to decide how to make the limits on character solos pay off with each list. And that's a lot harder than I expected it to be.
