1. Could one of you Admins please change the colour of the name thing (to show you are online) down the bottom of the front page? I took one look at it and thought I was an Article Mod because I had recently clicked on my name and it had gone the same yellow as an Article Mod's.
2. The drop down menus useful but a tad annoying. I go to click on gallery or wave my mouse in that general direction and the menu is there and I can't get it off
If these could be improved that would be good

I think the admin color is too similar to the standard color as well, but I know the names of two admins, so personally it's no big deal.

New/tweaked colours or fonts will be put in place there.
Drop down menus will get tweaked as time goes on. There are a few bugs that need ironing out with them too.
