Its obviously not meant to be competetive, right?
Anyways, get rid of epistolary upgrade, not worth the points.
Why 3 Sanguinary Priests, you only have two units, with the points left over from the epistolary and the priest, you can get some devastators with some anti-tank.

Ok, advice taken, lets say I wanted it to be competitive? What would I need to add/subtract?

Try having 4 assault squads. 3 as you have them then one with flamers and power weapon to give an antiinfantry threat.
You'll want some tooled up vanguard to tackle the nasty cc for you.
Then some shooty honour guard to keep you away from cc when needs be.
I think those three changes produce a balanced list. You'll still need to play the tactical landing and fighting that DoA requires but you should be able to deal with all threats.

I can see he's got 6 assault units atm, which kinda needs 3 priests to cover effectively.
I'd go with MFletchs advice though and make more focused units to compliment your core of ASM. The HG and VV units fill two very important functions here and is a great advice. HG can also be equipped with both 4 meltaguns and 4 flamers (since they can have 2 weapon upgrades). This makes them more flexible, but still not overly costly.
I'd suggest keeping your VV on the cheaper side. It's easy equipping them too much and once you get down and Heroic Intervention on something, you'll clear it out. You don't really want this. You want them to tie up a dangerous shooty unit, and kill them during the opponents following turn, leaving you ready to assault again in your following turn.
If you pull this off,and he dismounts a nasty Assault unit from some vehicle to deal with those VVs in his turn, he in turn will be out in the open, and if nothing else has been slowing down in his advance on you.
Don't be afraid to split your ASM units into combat squads to deal with backfield objective support, but make sure they're in or behind cover, as they tend to go down relatively fast. You can still do this with 2 5man units, hold your back objectives and still have 30 assault marines, 5 HG and 5 VV up front

How does Mephiston integrate into this list? If he starts on the board, he'll be dead before your DoA force arrives, and if he walks on, that seems like it'd be...suboptimal, at best.

You don't have to DoA the entire list. Its entirely ok to start by deploying a unit alongside meph and a priest. Of course they'd be vulnerable at first, but with the speed and use of cover, fnp and shield of sanguinius should live long enough to deliver monster-meph into enemy lines

I would just hide mephiston, he is a monster but not a monstrous creature. You'll find he creates a bubble where enemies fear to get close.

Sorry dude this is gonna sound like a troll comment, but honestly, WTF? If you're not looking to make changes then what does it matter on peoples opinions if you're not going to accept those changes?
As for a DoA list I am not sure how Meph fits in here. Also at least a single unit with double flamers and a power weap would be cool for tackling large infantry units.

Actually Ive played a few games already, mephiston lived through all of them, just pop him in cover.. I'm not gonna leave him in the open, and Mercer, I did say maybe But yeah, your right, probably shouldn't start a post off like that... But anyway thanks for the input guys, so bottom line I need more shooty units, another question; how would a termie squad do in this? or are they too slow for this list?

Terminators can get along ok in DoA lists, it's just they scatter unless you've got a homer and I don't think Assault Marine sgts can take them.

I second that on the episolary upgrade. your paying points for an ability that you dont need
since unleash rage is used in either players assault phase, and shield is used in your opponents shooting phase.
