When I am taking my Dedicated Transport into battle with some unit inside ( for example: Terminators embarked inside Land Raider enter battle ) do I count only Terminators or doI count an Land Raider to?
This rule bugs me for days and none knows how this works.

What do you mean by 'count'?
Dedicated transports don't count towards the FOC if that's what you mean...

In the Space Marine Codex, one terminator squad can take a Land Raider as a dedicated transport.

If taken as a dedicated transport, it doesn't count against the FOC chart (not a heavy, in this case).

However, it is still a separate kill point from the terminators in a kill point game.

Ok let me formulate the question...
Terminators are 200 points, Land Raider is 250 points.
Separately they are 450 points, but if I take LR and Dedicated Transport and put Terminator in it and start the game that way do I only count Terminators for points ( 200 ) or Land Raider as well ( 450 )?

ofcourse you count the landraider as well to the points .

What everybody else meant you don't count the land raider in your heavy support choice so you can take 3 more land raiders to fill your HS choice or some preadtors or what else you have.

15 Land Raiders would put a dent in everything... apart from a CRASSUS ARMOURED ASSAULT TRANSPORT...

One thing I've always wondered, and I've probably just missed it in the rules, but with Dawn of war, does the transport 'count' as a separate unit? ie, you're allowed 1 hq and 2(?) units on the field. If I put my unit in a transport, is that 1 or 2 units?

Read the rules for Dawn of War deployment, the answer is contained within.

As I said, I probably missed it. Also don't have the book with me at work.
