Just a couple of questions about grey knights
1)Why the lack of the vehicles that the other marine chapters have?eg predator
2)Why are there no chaplins?Although I do remember them being mentioned in the GK omnibus so why the exclusion from the codex?

1) Because they are bad-asses, they don't need tanks. 2) Every Grey knight is known for it's unshakable Faith in the God Emperor + their geenseed is from him. Why would they need Chaplains to make sure they are faithful?

If I'm not mistaken the Grey Knights do have chaplains. Just none represented on the TT.

That would not be logical, Chaplain purpose is to keep the Chapter's faith in check. Why the hell do Grey Knight need one?

Try reading 'Grey Knights' by Ben Counter, the answer is in there.
Or you could just glibly declare that they're pointless, I suppose.

Then I suggest you have a read of the Grey Knights codex. Their geneseed was derived from the Emperor at least in part.

The Grey Knights codex, surprisingly. "Where the other the other Chapters were built upon existing stock, the Grey Knights were born of a new gene-seed, one without the flaws of those that had gone before, and which carried the gift of the Emperor's own flesh and soul" Page 7.

Fair play. I'm convinced.

1. they don't fit into Grey Knights fighting style
2. the closest would be a brotherhood champion, but as said every Grey Knight is practically a chaplain.

That's not always a chaplain's purpose. The Raven Guard, for example, are as secular as they come, yet still have chaplains. They preach tactics and, like all chaplains, keep an eye out for signs of Chaotic influence.
The latter is a Chaplain's primary purpose. If the Grey Knights don't have 'em 'cause they know they're incorruptible, well, then they're jerkasses full of hubris. But we already knew that to be the case.

Haha, that would be quite a twist: the fallen/chaos/renegade chapters have almost all fallen due to hubris, it would be pretty funny if the next in the Power Armor series was Codex: Chaos Grey Knights

On #1, I wouldn't say that's necessarily the case. Grey Knights tend to get themselves in some pretty sticky situations deploying on demon-infested worlds and I can certainly see armor being handy there. The only problem is that they would logically go with flamer-equipped vehicles, potentially making their vehicular gameplay and fluff too similar to SoB(I don't play tabletop, but I'm just speculating).
Separately, to address #2: I think GK would benefit greatly from the presence of chaplains. Considering that they face the most dangerous threats ever encountered to the mind and soul, you would think chaplains would play an important role in their structure, both to provide counsel and perhaps ferret out potential corruption, considering what they're exposed to on a regular basis.

I would say that most fall to circumstance, like a split second of treachery when they're pinned down by Chaos Marines or hypnotism etc. by the AL or possession, mutation or insanity by over exposure to the Warp. The hubris tends to come after as a rationalisation.

One of the best notions I've heard is that because the minds of the Grey Knights psychically in-synch within units then they'd likely be aware of any corruption in their teams near-instantaneously. Such a system is surely better at detaining corruption than having skull-mask thug, bellowing in your ear.

On your retort to #1. it is the case due to the fact that Grey Knights use rapid deployment methods such as stormravens and teleports, this fighting style makes most tanks useless.
On your retort to #2. you are simply forgetting all the Grey Knight fluff, they don't need chaplains as they are made to be and have proved to be steeled to the effects of chaos. As to the routing out the corrupt, the Grey Knights are all Pyschic, making corruption very easy to find.
