I am currently lost in how to paint realistic looking flesh. Currently I only have access to GW paints, although I could order Reaper paints online.

What colours(and what order of colours) do I use to paint realistic human flesh.

Well, that depends to what degree you're willing to go. The easiest is Dwarf Flesh with an Ogryn Flesh wash. You can deepen this by doing layers of Dwarf Flesh over that and leaving the darker color in the recesses:

Or the same process with the darker Tallarn Flesh:

A more complex (and better looking IMO) method is to do layers. I start with a layer of Dark Flesh, move up to a layer of Vallejo Tan, then finally a layer of Dwarf Flesh, with each layer leaving some paint in the recesses:

The Andrea Paint set "Flesh" is supposed to be really excellent for learning to paint faces.

With GW or Vallejo paints I usually base with two thin coats of Tallarn Flesh, wash with Ogryn Flesh for the shadows, clean up with Tallarn Flesh again, and then add more and more Cadmium Skin to the Tallarn flesh for the highlights. If done carefully you can achieve a very fine transition with subtle highlights and shadows, like the face on my Commander Stryker mini:
