This is a list I was thinking of for running in a few tournaments coming up. Let me know what you think

I am new to Wolves, but not new to 40k. Please let me know if you see any blaring weaknesses with this list. Thanks for your views and comments!

I'd drop Njal for two normal rune priest's loaded out like below, he's overpriced and these guys will do what he does, but better:

This saves you 25 points. Too fit these into your rhino's your going to need to drop 2 Grey Hunters, which saves you a further 30. With these 55 points I'd load all of your Grey Hunters out like this:

9 Grey Hunters, 1 with Meltagun, 1 with Wolf Standard
1 Wolf Guard pack leader with combi-melta and power fist.

I love the inclusion of 5 squads of Grey Hunters as they're arguably one of the best troop choices in the game - but they could be so much more effective in the above loadout for only 8 extra points, giving you 3 power fist attacks and a leadership of 9, important for those leadership tests for counter-attack.

This will put you 10 points over if you apply to all squads but since your terminators can't deepstrike their inclusion doesn't quite fit with the rest of the army in my opinion as they are relatively slow. I'd swap them out for either a unit of thunderwolves if you want to go down the CC route. These can hide behind the rhino advance, keeping the pace unlike the terminators, whilst still packing one hell of a punch and being just about as survivable - a standard unit of 3 of these guys with 1 x TH, SS, 1 x SS 1 x SS, MB will be 48 points less then your Wolf Guard terminators so dropping a few GH's and 1 rune priest could get you a kickass lord as well. Alternatively adding Lascannon razorbacks for your Longfangs and a unit of scouts will the force most opponents onto you if you'd prefer to sit back, shoot and then counter-attack with your GH's.

100% Agree. this keeps a very similar vibe to your current list, and adding the WG pack leaders to GH's makes them so much better. also 2 Rps is WAY better than njal ...everytime.
