Have a tourney coming up at the LGS and thinking of breaking out the girls as everyone thinks I'll be fielding my greenskins. Have no real shortage of SOB as I have 13 Immo/Rhinos and tons of chicks (well over 150 of them anyways) with every weapon possible in the armory. If you think something should be added let me know what should be dropped to free the points.
HQs
Celestine (going to cut her loose solo and dare them to kill her)
Jacobus (he'll go with the Dominions)
Elites
Celestians X9 - 2X melta, CS (Power Sword), Immolator (TLMM)
Troops
3X Sisters X10 - F, HF, SS (BP, Bolter), Rhino (Dozer Blade, Smoke)
Elites
2X Dominion X4 - 2X melta, DS (BP, Bolter), Immolator (TLMM) used for outflanking
HS
Exorcist X3

You can't put the Celestians in an Immolator , there isn't enough room for them. You can swap it out for a rhino though.
Are you taking a battle conclave? If not Jacobus may not be worth it. I understand the advantage he gives you for faith points but it might not be worth it.
I'd drop the power sword on the Celestians it's low strength and initiative isn't great if you want them to have something for cc then I'd invest in a evisorator.
You might want to think about combi weapons for bss as they really can add some much needed punch.
Over all it's not bad (well considering what we have to work with)

As MrFlutterPie says, stick Jacobus in a battle conclave, IF your opponent is close combat style. If heavy armour, don't take it. Battle conclaves are brilliant in close combat, especially with Jacobus in them, they really are fun to play with.
Drop the Celestians in my opinion, they're over-priced for what they 'appear' to be for - combat (cos of 2 attacks). They aren't any good at combat and you may as well take the much superior Dominions and outflank or scout the enemy.
Also sorry to say that if you're looking for a truly points competitive army, Immolators will have no place in it. Take a look at a razorback from the space marine codex, look at the price, then look at the sisters immolator, and the price...

Yes, an Immolator and a Razorback with a Twin-linked Heavy Flamer are both the same cost. Your point?

Personally, I prefer my dominions with flamers. four twin-linked templates will annihilate just about any infantry in front of you. I use Meltagun/Heavy flamer in my troops, Canoness command squad with relentless multimeltas. and three exorsicts to give me plenty of anti-armor firepower.

Celestine is fun to use, but not terribly effective.
Jacobus is useful primarily for the Banner. It really is a super unit-buffer. Celestians aren't a great unit for it though.
Sadly, there are only a few good units in the SOB codex, several bad ones and a bunch of ugly ones.
The Battle Conclave is the place for Jacobus. Even a small, Immolator-transportable unit is pretty killy; a big Rhino-only unit is just monstrous. This unit just makes things go "puff".
The other good units are Dominions and Exorcists. Dominions belong in multi-melta Immolators. The melta-lator is a super deal with the Scouts rule, kinda so-so without it. Still, it's better value than the other two versions which belong firmly in the "Ugly" section of units. There's a reason one doesn't see Razorbacks with heavy flamers outside of Blood Angel lists and it's not because there isn't a model.
A competitive Sisters list should use Jacobus, a Conclave, and as many Dominions and Exorcists as the FO chart allows. Unfortunately, some Battle Sisters must also be included.
Small units of Celestians can certainly be used; they aren't so expensive they can't be used. With a Canoness, they can make a mediocre CC unit and still perform anti-tank duty - with melta guns - or anti-personnel duty - with flamers. It's not really worth it, but I currently do it because of model limitations when I'm playing games over 1500 points. There's no good reason to use Celestians while Dominion slots are available.
I also prefer flamers with my Dominions. If an early melta shot is called for, they stay inside and hope for the best. On the other hand, I often move 12" and dump the girls out to flame a troop squad or something just particularly annoying. Their Act of Faith is actually pretty good; it's not hard to put a dozen wounds on T4 models. Even Marines tend to go away under the weight of wounds. Keep the squad cheap, they aren't going to be much more survivable with ten models than they are at five; you're just going to lose more points.
It's sad that there aren't any alternative builds that aren't clearly inferior, but there really aren't. It's a dull, colorless list with few good choices.
On the plus side, those few good units are actually pretty good. Uriah and Conclave are a monster CC unit. Dominions are a quality, versatile unit - the Scout rule is just crazy good. Exorcists are just super, one of the best values in the heavy support section of any army.
Battle Sisters, Celestians, Seraphim, Retributors, and Celestine aren't really good units, but they're just about usable. There isn't any choice about the Battle Sisters, other than "how many". As few as possible seems to be the best answer.
The rest of the stuff is pretty much crap.
