4 MCs does not nidzilla make ...

Regen on MCs is very expensive. Drop it and get some hive guard.

Your Tervigon is 50 points more than it really should be, possibly 70 points more. You want Catalyst, then maybe AG/TS to make the gaunts slightly more able.
Walking Zooanthropes and Devour gants don't seem like a particularly good idea.
You don't need Scything Talons on the Stealers.
As said by ruminator, Regen is very expensive on MCs, especially when your paying for it on two Carnifex's.

A tactic, that actually I read on Dakka and the only time I have seen it in practice it seemed to work well, was two primes going with two Fexes i'm not sure what wargear is best in this situation though, as i'm yet to really play Nids much (and my friend who plays them plays a Tervigon/Hive Guard/Stealer/Gargoyle/Trygon list, which wins most of the time, so he's only tried out the fex list once).

If you really wanted to get a Nidzilla list, drop the Doom, he's nice but its 130 points you could spend on MCs, either give the Zooanthropes a Spore, or drop them. If your dopping them try to get 4-6 Hive Guard. I think in a MC spam list, Venomthropes are pretty useful, so you want 1 or 2 of those. Termagants don't need Devourers unless in a spore thing, toxin sacs you might as well get rid of, your taking these to get Tervigons as troops essentially. drop the ST on the stealers, the regen on the fexes as well as on the Tervigon as well as the ST and onslaught unless you have points left over at the end. Probably regen on the Primes as well, I know its cheaper but if you put them with th fexes, they don't need it. Which by my working out, takes you to 1380 points, Which doesn't seem like enough points to get what you need. Maybe try and find some other Nidzilla lists on here, it will probably help.

Pretty much what the others have said. Four big bugs are not Nizilla, you need at least 6 for Nidzilla. Lots of over costing on wargear what could buy you some more monstrous creatures.
