I recently added the Land Raiders to my mech list as they are cheaper with Ass squads dropping their jump packs. The question I have is if I have the LR in front of the group, can the Vindicators and Razorbacks fire over them. The LRR has the major payload with the Libby and Sang Priest + Squad.

I guess this list leaves people speechless...

Even with my limited experience, I can tell that this list would be a to play against. To answer the question: Units can hit anything they can be reasonably expected to see and point a gun at. Razorbacks might be able to, but vindies... IMHO, no, since the vindicator's big shiny gun is pointed directly at the land raiders rear armour. Maybe put the Vindicators front and centre, with the LRs covering the flanks.
