I've only been here a few months and haven't really found a good place to play yet. Tabletop's supposed to have Monday night 40k, but both times I've been there there were only a couple of Warmachiners.

I'd like to get some games in. Anybody know where and what days are good?

Also, msg me if you want to set something up.

For a while there was a large crowd that went to 31st on Fridays, I believe a group meets at pulp fiction on Mondays and sometime Wednesdays at game cafe, and the ever present late Saturday night tournament at the basement.

Depends on which part of KC.

Tabletop is a good central location, but if you don't really know the gamers there, talk with Phil. They're more of a closed gaming group.

31st Century has plenty of games running. They have 40k tourneys the first Saturday of each month. I think this weekend actually is 2k pt.

Otherwise, I've gone to other tourneys in Omaha (Game Shoppe) and Tulsa.

Hope to see you around!

No madam, 40,000 is the year that this game is set in. Not how much it costs. Though you may have a point. - GW Fulchester

Between the three shops you can usually find a game. A decent chunk of the 40kers from Tabletop hang out at Randomhit.org. We usually have leagues running on Monday nights, but it gets quiet in between. There are several groups that play, and a lot of random pick up games go on, so sometimes it is hard to get introduced to people as it varies widely. I would try the one closest to you first and see what you can find. You can always ask on RandomHit about setting up a game. That's the easiest way to meet a bunch of us at TableTop and get in some games. It's a thriving community in KC if you can find it

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.

Thanks for the reply. I plan on hitting up Game Cafe tonight.
