seems fine, multiple redundancy makes a list easier to command because it increases the odds your troops will do what you want them to... The down side of cookie cutter lists is the mismatch, get a bad draw and you have no real way out... I guess my point is it seems very good but one dimensional, as we have no idea what your meta is it's hard to tell you what to change without making assumptions based on what we think you 'could' face....

What do you expect to see t this tournie?

Only change i can think of right away is to definitely take the Shield psychic power on the librarian, as it can be hard to always find cover, and that 5+ cover save is all that's protecting you from missiles, plasma, las, and so on.

I think one-dimensional is fine, when that one dimension is being fast, hard to kill, and deadly in combat. This might have some trouble against some skimmer based armies (DE, Eldar, Tau) just because they can be hard to catch, but when you do catch them they die pretty easily, and with the right tactics you'll probably be okay.

Mephiston is a bad choice for this army.. he can't deep strike in like the other guys, so he either chills waiting to be shot turn 1, or comes in from reserve on your board edge and maybe gets into combat turn 4.

Honor Guard, Vanguard, and Sanguinary Guard are all excellent choices to explore as well, you don't need to just max out on assault marines.

The priests should never be in base to base contact to use the power weapon. Hand flamers are less killy than a bolter, that is they are bad.
I would take an assault squad with flamers and powerweapon to be your antiinfantry squad.
Then some other more special jump pack/infantry units to deal with large threats, like honour guard with 4 meltas and 4 flamers can be good to ensure destruction, or vanguard to kill specialised cc units which assault marines would fail to scratch.

You don't want any of the Priests to have power weapons as you never want them in base contact. You don't want a hand flamer either as this will force them to the front. Drop these and switch a Assault Squad to dual flamers and a power weapon and you will be sorted.
