The pearl

Im doing an apocolypse and i have a squad of ten flayed ones. I know they're pretty sucky no matter what, but as i have them no matter what, how should i use them? My ally is Tau if thats at all important.

You don't, that's how. They are even worse now.
If you really want to, however, your best is to try to put them in reserve and flank them. They will die, but you might destroy/distract something.
