OK So i have a large list to choose from but it seems no matter what combination I choose I can never seem to win any battles.
I play chaos undivided and have the following at my disposal:

HQ
Lord in Term armor W/ LC
Sorcerer W/ Wings, Mark of tzeentch, Familiar, Force Staff, Plasma Pistol

ELITES
Terminators X5 w/ Mark of Khorne, 2x PF, pair of LC, CF, Reaper AC combi
Terminators X5 3x PF, pair of LC, CF, HF
Dreadnought: I have Lasconnon/HF, Reaper AC, Extra CC arm w/bolter, ML

TROOPS
CSM x10 w/ ML
CSM x10 w/ Lasconnon
PM x10 1x PG
KB x12
TS w/ Warptime
NM x10 w/ 9x SB 1x BM

HEAVY SUPPORT
Havocs x10 W/ 1x PP, 1x PG, 1x ML, 1xFlammer 1x MG
Vindicator w/HL
FAST ATTACK
Raptors x5 w/ 1x PF, 1x PP
Landraider w/ HL, 2x LC, HB, Possession

First off your army won't win against any decent list, had to say it.

Secondly this belongs in the Tactics section.

A lash list is your best bet or Transporting Beserkers with the LR you've got.

I'm a fairly casual player (as I'm assuming you are) so I'll give you some advice to make a better list but not exactly a tournament winning list.

Sorcerers and Lords are both mediocre. I'd drop one (or both, but I dunno how much you like them both) and take a daemon prince to serve the same purpose.

Your Elites are okay. Dreadnoughts aren't very good for Chaos, but they're cool.

CSM shouldn't take heavy weapons. They can take two special weapons (plasma, melta, flamer) and get in a rhino for an incredible mobile unit. Give them an icon of chaos glory so they don't run away. Your Plague Marines should take two plasma guns, and your Thousand Sons shouldn't have warptime. You don't want them in combat ever so it's a wasted power.

Havocs should take 4 of the same weapon or 4 weapons geared towards the same goal. In other words, take 4 autocannons, 4 missile launchers, 4 heavy bolters, etc. Vindicator shouldn't have a havoc launcher since it can't shoot that and the demolisher in the same turn. Also, ALWAYS take daemonic possession on vindis.

Your raptors should have a meltagun instead of a plasma pistol.

Also, you capitalize random words and that's strange. Spend a little bit working on your typing/grammar. Anyway, I hope this advice helps.

Khorne terminators are the worst of the five choices. Slaanesh for the ability to strike before 75% of armies out there or Tzeentch for the 4++. Agree on everything else from long post before me.
