The ghost ark comes with 2 guass flayer arrays.
They are located on the sides of the ark.
Whats the angle of fire that they have? Are they Hull mounted giving 45 degree fire radius?
Not seeing it the codex, but I have only had it a couple hours

They can fire at any target that they can draw LoS to.
If it does not say in the codex, then you will have to wait until the model is built and rotate the guns yourself to find out what it can draw LoS to.

I'm thinking its 45 deg to each side as the weapons are described as being along the flanks , and being able to broadside enemy units
I would say they are hull mounted therefore 45 deg firing arc

Would it count as a single weapon for arc or is each flayer has a 45 degree arc?
I love how GW totally gave up on defining how weapons are mounted...

It's a single weapon on each side. The profile on the Ghost ark states that it has "Two Gauss Flayer Arrays"
As said it is not specifically mentioned in the codex what type of mounting it is. However, the guns cannot actually swivel from side-to-side from what I've seen so I'd play it as hull-mounted. No doubt it will get FAQ'd in eventually.

It's easier to just look at a model and see what it can shoot than to have to look up the mounting type.
