The Death Company within the Blood Angels army are what I have a question on. Is it worth upgrading them with Jump Packs or not really? Advice and suggestions are welcome and appreciated. Thank you.

No, it's prohibitively expensive. Put them in a rhino, land raider, or stormraven. Also, I wouldn't buy more than 1 weapon per 3 guys. They're a squad that can get stupidly expensive very fast.

I run 9 with no packs in a rhino with a chappy. I just drive them forward and wreck stuff.

If you put them in jump packs they are easily kited right from the get go .

This. If the squad is on the table then you MUST move them towards the closest enemy unit. If they're in their Rhino, however, then this isn't the case. You can run them right up to where you want them to be without fear of them getting kited. However, as soon as they step out of the Rhino... could be trouble.
