I was thinking about buying 60 of the Mantic Marauders and using them as boys. Would people find this as silly. I mean I know I couldn't use them in GW hosted tournaments. But I dont ever planning on going any GW related tournaments because all they are a advertisement and sale vests. I only go to Club or independent hosted ones

Considering everything made by Mantic has basically been "Like GW, but not" then go for it. It's basically what they're there for. Would probably be cheaper to get 60 Black Reach boyz though.

alright coo coo. I dont think 60 Black reach orks would be cheaper because I would have to buy all the from the box just to get the boys, which would work out to be like $150

I wouldn't have an issue with it. I like alternate armies, as long as they look good and there are no nasty surprises. If I could tell who were nobz and who were boyz, and knew who had shootas, who had sluggas, who had rokkits, etc. I'd gladly play against your Marauder Boyz.

Good to here. I have 120 GW boys. Its just I dont feel like paying a fortune for another 60 of them, and I figure 60 of them from mantic games would save me a pretty penny ;D.

Could use the Hoard O Bitz website for black reach, if it was only price that was an issue. You can just get the boyz, and it won't cost you a ton.
